My current research interests center on cognitive and affective processing in autism within a brain–body integration framework, focusing on identifying atypical information processing mechanisms and translating these insights into personalized supports that align with individuals’ unique ways of engaging with the world, with the ultimate goal of promoting adaptive development and long-term well-being.
- Mechanism Identification
Investigating atypical cognitive–affective processing in autism within a brain–body integration framework, with a focus on neuroautonomic mechanisms. - Mechanism-Informed Personalized Support
Translating identified mechanisms into personalized interventions (e.g., cognitive training, neurofeedback, neuromodulation, etc). - Adaptive Functioning and Well-Being
Evaluating complementary and supportive interventions aimed at enhancing adaptive functioning and overall well-being in autism.
A research assistant position is available.
Those interested in the position are welcome to contact me for further information.
