We are delighted to announce the successful completion of “The Second Professor Char-Nie Chen Distinguished Lecture 2022” on December 2, 2022. This event, held at the Bauhinia Room, 4/F, The Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel, 3 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, and broadcasted via Zoom, 84 attendees joined in persona whereas 146 joined via Zoom, gathered a total of 230 attendees.
The establishment of the Professor Char-Nie Chen education and research fund marked a significant milestone for our department, aiming to enhance education and research initiatives. This year is the 2nd lecture that will be delivered by Professor Ronald Kessler of Harvard University.
