The Jockey Club Sleep Well Project is sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and organized by Department of Psychiatry, CUHK. The project aims to promote sleep health and provide evidence-based non-pharmacological intervention for citizens who suffer from sleep problems. This sleep well project adopts stepped care model to improve sleep quality among citizens.
The project components include:
- promoting sleep health in the community
- providing non-pharmacological treatment of insomnia (will be launched soon)
- enhancing community support for sleep health.
