Dr. Danny Yu is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Psychiatry, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He obtained his Ph.D. diploma from The University of Hong Kong. His postdoctoral work focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia on preventing and treating insomnia and mental disorders in both clinical and real-world settings.
