Mr. Ho joined CUHK in 1986 and assisted in setting up the first local dedicated sleep laboratory, and contributed in the formation of Hong Kong Society of Sleep Medicine (HKSSM). He is the first sleep technician in South East Asia who obtained the RPSGT designation. He has ample experience in the investigation and management of various sleep disorders from children to elderly, and education and development of sleep medicine in both Hong Kong and China. He actively participated in clinical sleep researches in the department. He is the first and current chairperson of the RPSGT Committee of HKSSM, and honorary consultant in sleep technology of both the Chinese Medical Doctors Association and the Chinese Sleep Research Society.
