Sleep Intervention

Effective interventions for improving sleep is timely needed given the high prevalence of sleep problems in the general population. Our team conducted several sleep interventions such as sleep education, cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia and light therapy, targeting on both clinical and non-clinical populations.
