Sleep and Mental Health

Sleep disorders are a group of conditions that affect our sleep, which could lead to an array of negative consequences to our health and general well-being. Our research focuses on broad spectrum of sleep disorders including REM sleep behaviour disorder, Obstructive Sleep Apnea and insomnia etc.

Multi-modal approaches to determine digital clinical phenotyping, novel proteomic biomarkers, and microbiota-host responses of REM sleep behavior disorder, a prodromal stage of alpha-synucleinopathy neurodegeneration, in a prospective family cohort
